Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BidWatch Daily (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using bidwatchdaily.com (the “Service”) you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them for that company too.

1. What the Service is

BidWatch Daily collects public notices of government contract opportunities from official public sources, sorts them by service and location, and sends you alerts. It also gives you tools to track your bids, deadlines and company documents.

We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any federal, state or local government. We do not sell, award or administer any contract. Each notice links to the official source, which is the only place where the official terms of a solicitation are published.

2. Information accuracy

Notices are collected automatically from many public websites. They can be incomplete, out of date, misclassified or missing. Agencies change dates and documents, and sometimes cancel solicitations. Always read and rely on the official notice and its documents before deciding to bid. We are not responsible for missed opportunities, missed deadlines, disqualified bids or decisions you make based on the Service.

Summaries generated with artificial intelligence, match counts and any other analysis are aids, not advice. They can be wrong. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax or bidding advice.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

Notes, files, documents and other content you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you and your team (for example, to show it to you, to send you reminders, or to analyze a document when you ask). Do not upload highly sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers or bank details.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

The Service is free during the beta. When paid plans are offered:

7. Other websites

The Service links to government websites and other sites we do not control. Their content and their terms are their own responsibility.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, sources or services. If we stop offering a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms or of the law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 2, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue after the agreement ends.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
